All aspects of the DCO² datacenter are monitored and data analyses are centrally stored in a database. Some of these results are available to the customers and form the base for the invoicing process.

When one of the measurements is not within the expected range, the NOC operators are alerted.

With an extended testing and preventive maintenance plan the possible impact of failing equipment is minimized.

Monitoring is exported to you in a friendly format if you want to manage a special project. These reports give you a direct insight into our quality of service.
