UPS

The power protection of DCO² is done with power feeds of 500 kVA per feed. For each fused Ampere a UPS from the type Symmetra PX 500 kVA is deployed with sufficient capacity to provide  power until the generator sets are up and running.

These UPS's are very efficient and are delivering a N+1 solution to secure an optimal power feed. This UPS is placed between the bypass board to assure uptime during "maintenance".

By creating power feeds of 500 kVA the risk of a major outage in the datacenter is reduced and the solution easy for replacing the failing system to locate on the market.

All UPS's are centrally monitored, and secured 24/7 by the NOC.

 The modularity of the system makes it possible to have spare parts on-site and to intervene an alarm with own personnel.
